1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use LittleFingers for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LittleFingers, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. Eligibility & Parental Control Purpose
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose device you intend to manage. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Payment, Subscription & Pricing

• LittleFingers is a paid application. Premium features require a paid subscription.
• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play Store policies.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your passcode and account credentials.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Not use the App to violate any child's privacy rights beyond reasonable parental supervision.
• Supervise your child's device usage responsibly and age-appropriately.

7. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or attempt to extract source code. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not circumvent any security or technical restrictions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
